Hi there! I’m Sasha.

Portrait of Sasha Trickett with long blonde hair, wearing a black tank top and a pendant necklace, standing outdoors in natural light.

I’m an intuitive healer, medium, channel, and spiritual guide who is passionate about helping women who feel stagnant in their lives remember who they are and what lights them up. I’ve been in the trenches of despair, knowing I was here to be and experience more but didn’t know how to crawl out and start finding the joy in my life again. Everything just always felt so hard, so heavy, and I started wondering if that was all there was. I see you - I’ve been you - I want to tell you that the feeling deep within that you’re meant for more is because you are.

Trust that you found your way here for a reason.

A LITTLE BACKSTORY

For as long as I can remember, I’ve always been fascinated by an array of subjects and topics. I can’t think of one interest that ever claimed all my attention, as there was always something else waiting in the wings to be learned and discovered. As I grew older, I started believing that maybe this was a flaw. While my friends seemed to easily pinpoint their trajectories as it pertained to college majors and eventual careers, I felt completely stuck. I was an on-again, off-again college student for so incredibly long, and I believe a good reason behind a lot of that was simply not being able to just pick something to study – to just choose something to do or be. Every time I thought I had it decided, my mind would wander to all the other interests I would be forgoing in favor of the chosen one, and it made me really unsettled. I would inevitably feel like something was missing.

Fast-forward a couple of decades when my friends began contacting me for spiritual guidance. Without even being aware of it at the time, I was using various modalities and tools based on the intuitive guidance I was receiving for that specific person. Eventually, I finally knew why I’ve always been like this. It’s been part of the master plan all along. Today, I’m able to weave many of my spiritual interests, passions, and abilities together in order to offer a unique service that honors the whole of my clients while embracing the various tools and forms of study that spirituality and metaphysics offer and, as I write this, it occurs to me that this is what is meant by embracing your unique gifts. I’m forever grateful for my insatiable love of learning and development and the opportunity to be able to share that with you in a way that will enrich your life.

You can read more about my services to see exactly how these different modalities come together in our sessions.

Fun Facts About Me

I live in Richmond, Virginia with my husband, two children (10 and almost 8), one Treeing Walker Coonhound who is way too smart for her own good, and a revolving door of spirit family, friends, and pets.

I am newly into photography and trying to soak in all the things. I simply love it!

Late-to-the-game Swiftie here! For my fellow Swifties, I started listening when Midnights came out and then the Universe threw Folklore in my face in the summer of 2025 which triggered my most intense healing journey to date.

Live music remains the most consistent love in my life. My most healing experiences, moments of clarity, and further awakenings have happened during live music events.

An astrologer once told me that learning new things was akin to self-care for me. Very little has ever resonated more.
